Journeys InEquity Consulting offers your organization an external resource and subject matter expert who uses best practices and forward-thinking strategic guidance to drive initiatives championing equity, transparency and accountability.

Utilizing methods such as training, policy development and needs assessments, we will work with your organization to improve and integrate policies, practices and procedures through a strengthened intersectional anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens.

What We Do

Journeys InEquity Consulting works with your organization by identifying gaps and areas of improvement, providing practical recommendations to improve equity, diversity and inclusion goals in recruitment, retention, promotions, stakeholder relations, colleague and client interactions and more.

We offer a range of services such as consulting, executive coaching, workshops and trainings specified to the needs of an organization, strategic planning, policy development, EDI assessments, guest lectures, conference presenters, keynotes, moderators and panelists.

Journeys InEquity Consulting aims to improve workplace cultures, embedding an intersectional anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens to policies, practices and procedures to support alignment with an organization’s mission, values and vision.

Why We Do It

Journeys InEquity Consulting believes all schools, communities, organizations and sectors can and should practice being more equitable, inclusive, accessible and well-informed on an ongoing basis.

We work with organizations to develop strategic and operational plans aimed at increasing support and representation for equity-deserving communities, including women, *BIPOC, people with disabilities, immigrants, *2SLGBTQIAP+ individuals and a range of marginalized demographics.
