Provides your organization’s leadership with an external resource and subject matter expert for general insight and to address Equity, Diversity and Inclusion-based issues in the workplace and the communities served.

The expert will work one-on-one with decision-makers to support service planning, reflection, mediation and conflict resolution while using tangible approaches to create strategic plans, action plans and ultimately, drive organizational change.
