Equity, Diversity, Inclusion assessments are a qualitative tool used to identify gaps and provide recommendations to improve EDI-based practices influencing administrative and operational activities, stakeholders and communities.

EDI assessments will analyze the strengths and areas of improvement of your organization’s policies, practices and programs through a variety of research techniques and needs assessments including:

  • Surveys

  • Interviews

  • Focus groups

  • Questionnaires

A subject matter expert will work with your organization to recommend and design appropriate training, best practices and strategic plans to better support your employee and community needs. EDI assessments can support areas including but not limited to, recruitment and retention, barrier-free access and belonging.
